Welcome to TAGS. By creating an account or using our website and apps (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

What TAGS does

TAGS helps you compare prices and find discounts on products sold by third-party retailers. We are an independent service and are not the seller. Prices, availability, coupons and rebates are set and controlled by the retailers and can change at any time. We work hard to show accurate, current information, but we can’t guarantee a price or deal will still be available at the moment of purchase.

Your account

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location to use TAGS.
• Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Purchases from retailers

When you buy from a retailer we link to, that purchase is between you and the retailer, under their terms and policies (including returns, shipping and warranties). TAGS may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

Paid plans

Paid plans (such as Pro) are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your paid term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAGS is not liable for retailer pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date.
