Our mission

TAGS is building the consumer’s money machine — an AI assistant that does the price-checking, coupon-hunting and math that no shopper has time to do, and hands back the single best answer. Not the price a store wants you to see. The real one.

What we believe

• Truth beats tricks. Every price we show is real and sourced. We will never invent a fake “was” price to make a discount look bigger.
• The saver comes first. TAGS works for the shopper, not the store. We only succeed when you actually pay less.
• Simple wins. You shouldn’t need ten browser tabs and a spreadsheet. Ask once, save every time.

How we make money

When you buy something after following one of our links, the retailer pays us a small commission. You pay the same price either way — the commission comes out of the store’s margin, never out of your pocket.

That’s the whole model, and it only works if you trust us. So the rule is simple: the cheapest store wins, whether we earn anything from it or not. Nobody can pay us for a better position, and we don’t rank a store higher because it pays more. If the best price is somewhere we make nothing, that’s still the price we show you.

We also won’t show you a discount we can’t prove. If a store won’t tell us what the item cost before, we say nothing rather than invent a number.
